We are looking for an experienced and personable Executive Assistant (EA) to the Managing Director to join our team and play a central role in the smooth running of the business.
This is a pivotal and trusted position at the heart of Meon Travel. As Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, you will provide high-level, confidential support to the MD, leadership team, and wider business, acting as a key point of contact internally and externally.
You will manage the MD’s day-to-day operations, ensuring they are fully prepared, well-organised, and supported at all times. Alongside executive support, the role also has broader responsibility across HR administration, office management, health and safety, sustainability initiatives, and organising company events that help strengthen team connection and reinforce our family-first culture.

Executive Support
Acting as the Managing Director’s first point of contact
Managing diaries, inboxes, correspondence, and appointments
Preparing meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and colleagues at all levels
Arranging travel, accommodation, and managing expenses
Producing documents, reports, presentations, and briefing papers
Carrying out research and supporting specific projects
Deputising for the MD when required, using sound judgement and initiative
Business, HR & Office Support
Providing HR administration support including recruitment, maintaining HR systems, absence management, maternity processes, and company policies
Liaising closely with payroll and supporting HR compliance
Overseeing office management, equipment, alarms, servicing, and health & safety
Coordinating maintenance and emergency call-outs when required
Championing sustainability initiatives across the business
Organising and managing company events, functions, and conferences
