Job summary

A local aged care organization in Cardiff is seeking Community Support Workers to support aged care clients in their homes. This role offers flexibility with hours, as well as on-the-job training for those interested in obtaining a Certificate III in Individual Support. No previous experience is required. Ideal candidates will possess a caring attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Shifts will be available between Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with the opportunity for up to 30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Current NSW driver’s licence required.
• Reliable, registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
• Must pass a National Police Check and obtain a Working with Vulnerable Persons Card.

• Prepare meals and assist with shopping trips.
