A charitable organization in Godmanchester seeks a Deputy Warehouse and Donation Centre Manager to support its operations. This full-time, permanent role involves overseeing the processing and distribution of donated goods, maintaining operational standards, and supervising staff and volunteers. We are in an exciting period of growth and transformation and are seeking a Deputy Warehouse and Donation Centre Manager to support the effective operation of Woodgreen’s Warehouse and Donation Centre, ensuring the smooth processing, storage, and distribution of donated goods to our retail outlets.
Working closely with our Warehouse & Donation Centre Manager you will maintain high standards of operational efficiency, stock control, and customer service whilst supporting with directing employees, drivers and volunteers to deliver a safe, organised, and donor-focused environment.

If you have experience of working in a warehouse, logistics, or charity retail environment with a developed knowledge of stock handling, sorting, and allocation processes then we would love to hear from you!
This is a full time, permanent position with a salary of £25,553 per annum. The working pattern for this role is 37.5 hours per week between Monday – Saturday with the expectation that alternate Saturdays will be worked.
