Adults Social Worker needed for Mental Health team in Bolton, paying £30 ph!

• Location: Bolton, Greater Manchester
• Pay Rate: £30 per hour
• Contract: Full-time | Temporary

About the Role:

To support the Department in fulfilling its statutory responsibilities effectively and efficiently. The post holder will contribute to the delivery of a high-quality social work service for individuals experiencing mental health difficulties, ensuring safe, lawful, and person‑centred practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake mental health social work interventions in line with legislation and policy
• Carry out assessments under the Mental Health Act and Care Act 2014
• Provide social work support to adults with mental health needs in the community
• Participate in safeguarding enquiries and risk management
• Work collaboratively with health professionals, service users, carers, and partner agencies
• Maintain accurate, timely, and high-quality case records and reports
• Where qualified, undertake duties as an Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP)
