A leading homewares brand is seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Manager to enhance brand presence and create customer-centric campaigns. The role involves strategic planning, collaboration with various teams, and ensuring effective delivery of campaigns. Ideal candidates will possess excellent organizational skills, creativity, and a strong understanding of customer needs. This hybrid position is based in Leicester or London, offering a vibrant team culture and opportunities for professional growth.
Home. There’s no place like it. And there’s no feeling like helping people create the joy of feeling truly at home.
At Dunelm, that’s what we do.
We’re the UK's number one choice for homewares because we make home life lovelier for our customers. And the caring and supportive culture we've created makes this a place you'll feel right at home too.
Join our Brand Marketing Team and help increase brand love, awareness, and consideration for Dunelm.
Our Brand Marketing Team makes Dunelm truly famous as the Home of Homes. We want people to think of us first, not only for home furnishings, but for the many other categories that help customers create a home they love.
Everything starts with the customer. We work closely with our insight teams to understand what people need, what they want and how these changes throughout the year. These learnings shape everything we do.
From there, we bring the right people together across design, commercial, online and retail, creating campaigns and propositions that feel thoughtful, relevant and uniquely Dunelm. And once the ideas are ready, we bring them to life across all customer facing channels, making sure every touchpoint feels consistent, warm and helpful.
This is the team that connects big thinking with everyday moments, turning customer understanding into stories and campaigns that make Dunelm feel like home.
This role is a hybrid opportunity. Office locations either Leicester (Syston) or London.
As our Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll be involved at the start, middle and end of the marketing planning process, helping to shape how our brand shows up for customers throughout the year.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and Marketing Director to set the annual strategy, bringing together insight, analytics, finance, online and retail teams. It’s a genuinely collaborative process, where you’ll help turn customer understanding and business priorities into a plan with real purpose.
From there, you’ll work cross‑functionally with our commercial and design teams to get to the heart of what makes Dunelm special. With that knowledge, you’ll partner hand in hand with our creative teams to design the stories and propositions that celebrate the best of Dunelm and strengthen our position as the Home of Homes.
Once the yearly plan is agreed, you’ll lead the planning process for the campaigns that bring it to life across the marketing calendar. This means pulling together brilliant people from marketing, creative and channel teams to build engaging campaigns that feel cohesive, thoughtful and full of heart.
You’ll create clear, inspiring briefs that spark excitement and direction for the teams involved, then guide each campaign through every key stage, from briefing and creative development, through to execution and review. Each review helps shape the foundations for next year’s planning cycle, ensuring we continually learn, refine and grow.
Alongside this, you’ll also be responsible for:
This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting the dots, partnering with others and turning insight and creativity into thoughtful customer experiences that feel unmistakably Dunelm.
We’re looking for someone who feels right at home planning brilliant brand moments, while keeping the everyday running smoothly. You’ll be organised, calm under pressure, and great at keeping projects moving, even when things get a little busy.
You’ll enjoy building strong relationships across the business and with our external partners. Whether you’re chatting through ideas with a teammate, working with agencies, or presenting your plans in person or over Teams, you know how to bring people along with you.
A few things that will help you shine in this role:
We’re not looking for someone who simply “fits in”, we’re looking for someone who adds something new, brings fresh ideas, and helps us make the brand feel even more like home.
