Job summary

A leading construction firm in the UK is seeking an IT Service & Support Administrator. This role involves managing non-technical administration tasks for the IT team, ensuring that stock control, onboarding processes, and asset management are executed smoothly. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience in IT administration, proficiency in MS Office, and a good command of English. Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in IT administration.

Responsibilities

  • Manage stock control and order IT kits for projects.
  • Maintain assets in the Asset Management System.
  • Check invoices and deliveries against purchase orders.
  • Prepare reports and executive summaries.
  • Assist with organizing small and medium projects.

Skills

Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
Good planning and numeracy skills
Methodical approach to work
Proficient in MS Office/Excel
Good English is mandatory
Basic understanding of IT equipment
