You will lead and shape the workshop and installation team, raising standards and efficiency through impactful leadership and coaching. You will be responsible for organising resources and will be required to assist with the build and refurbishment program during periods of high demand.
The ideal candidate for this role is a hands-on, highly structured operational leader who thrives in building order, reliability and standards from the ground up. They are someone who is just as comfortable on the workshop floor building, testing and fault-finding equipment, creating audit processes, writing standard manuals and reviewing performance data. You should bring strong health & safety discipline, with experience implementing safe systems of work, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance in a live operational environment, and naturally lead by example—setting expectations through your own behaviour.
A background in warehouse, production, engineering, or beverage/dispense operations, you understand the importance of building quality, preventive maintenance, and root‑cause analysis to deliver reliable equipment at scale. Proven track record in organising workflows, analytical and calm under pressure, able to plan stock, transport and labour while juggling changing priorities.
Above all, you are a builder, processes and culture, motivated by ownership, accountability and the opportunity to shape the foundations of a growing business.
