Role Description

This is a full-time role for an HVAC Rental Salesperson working both remotely and from our depot located in Rochester, Kent. The responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the HVAC rental industry. The role requires a technical understanding of product specifications, providing customer solutions, and working closely with the operations team to ensure timely and effective service delivery. Collaboration, teamwork, problem-solving, and maintaining client satisfaction are key components of this role.

• Experience within the HVAC rental industry with knowledge of systems and solutions
• Strong Troubleshooting abilities to address and provide effective rental solutions
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction
• Results-driven mindset with strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for a client-facing role
• Proven ability to work both independently and in collaboration with a team
• A valid driving license with a willingness to travel as needed
