Qualifications

  • Secondary education qualifications like GCSEs or equivalent.
  • Fluency or proficiency in Dutch and German and/or English to a C1 or native level required.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong time management for effective case management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage individual customer cases from start to finish, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Negotiate outcomes with customers and liaise with dealer networks daily.
  • Keep accurate records of conversations and use innovative problem-solving.
