Lead on Datix system expertise, reporting and analysis to support decision‑making at every level of the organisation.**How you’ll help us make health happen:*** Produce and analyse management information on incidents, accidents and key metrics using the Datix system to support operational and clinical decision‑making.* Create, manage and enhance dashboards and reports for stakeholders across the organisation, ensuring data is accurate, timely and compliant with statutory reporting requirements.* Provide expert insight, identifying actions, trends and recommendations that support continuous improvement and improved quality outcomes.* Act as system owner and subject‑matter expert for Datix, collaborating with internal teams to implement system and reporting enhancements.* Support Home Managers, operational leads and wider teams with Datix training, interpretation of data, and understanding professional accountability in incident management.**Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:*** Extensive experience managing quality data and information, with strong analytical capability including trend identification and insight generation.* Operational understanding of the care home sector and customer needs, with experience using quality indicators to support governance and improvement.* Strong working knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to incident reporting and statutory requirements.* Ability to coach, motivate and support colleagues at all levels, including new managers during induction.* Excellent relationship‑building skills with the confidence to present data and represent the organisation professionally in internal and external forums.**Benefits**Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
