Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in subcontracts, procurement or related field.

• 3+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all phases of subcontract administration.
• Lead and produce subcontract documentation.
• Evaluate proposals and lead discussions and negotiations.
