Qualifications

• Experience in financial reporting within Financial Services.
• Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS reporting requirements.
• Experience with multiple entities and in multi-currency consolidation.
• Experience of merger and acquisitions accounting and integration is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Titan Group consolidation and disclosure notes for annual financial statements.
• Assist with preparation of financial statements for single entities.
• Coordinate with external auditors and resolve queries.
• Ensure compliance with FRS 102.
