Skills & Qualifications

Education:

  • A construction/design-related HNC, HND, or Degree is required.
  • A relevant CSCS card is mandatory.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing the design process for mixed-use regeneration and contracting projects is essential.
  • Specific experience within the social and affordable housing sectors is highly desirable.
