• Salary: Up to £34,000 + quarterly bonus (based on business performance)
• Hours: Monday‑Thursday 08:00‑16:30, alternate Fridays 08:00‑13:00 / 08:00‑16:00
• Holidays: 20 days + bank holidays (extra days added for long service)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Fabricator to join our production team, manufacturing high-quality products in a safe, efficient and well‑organised environment. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you'll be involved in metal fabrication, general production work, assembly and some local driving duties.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out metal fabrication work including CNC press‑brake folding (press‑brake experience ideally)
• Notching and punching components
• MIG welding
• Grinding, assembly and fitting (certified personnel only for specific tasks)
• Assemble and pack products as instructed
• Move and organise stock within the workshop/stores
• Operate machinery and follow production procedures in line with company quality standards
• Maintain a good work rate while delivering high‑quality output
• Inspect products to agreed standards and report any defects or machinery issues
• Keep the work area safe, clean and tidy
• Keep accurate production and job records as required
• Drive company vehicles (including a long wheelbase Transit) for local collections and deliveries, where authorised
• Follow all Health & Safety and IMS procedures and proactively report any concerns
• Carry out any other reasonable duties required by the Director of Operations

What we're looking for
