A global consulting firm in the UK is looking for a full-time Engineering Director to lead their Nuclear team in Bristol. This role requires strategic leadership in the nuclear sector and extensive experience in nuclear engineering, project management, and regulatory compliance. Candidates should have over 15 years of experience and a degree in Nuclear Engineering. This position offers a hybrid working pattern, requiring presence in Bristol three days a week.

Must have the right to work in the UK
As the Engineering Director for the Nuclear UK branch, you will provide technical expertise and support for ongoing EPR design projects, in particular Hinkley Point C and Sizewell C. You will represent Egis at industry events such as technical conferences and seminars in the UK and internationally, and coordinate with the Technical Directorate in France to ensure overall consistency in sharing experiences, tools, skills, and technical expertise.
Through your role as Engineering Director, you will uphold the highest standards of technical excellence, safety, and sustainability in the global nuclear energy sector. Join us in driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and delivering value to stakeholders across our operations.
Note: Given the nature of the work, role holders may be required to undergo Basic Security Clearance (BPSS).
