Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in Children Law.
  • Children Panel Accreditation required.
  • People management experience preferred.
  • Membership of Resolution with specialism in domestic abuse.

Responsibilities

  • Advise and represent clients in Children Law and domestic abuse matters.
  • Conduct advocacy in court and out.
  • Manage members of the Children Department as applicable.
  • Assist in file management and maintain client relationships.
