A water solutions company based in Redhill is seeking a Service Centre Manager to ensure efficient operations. You will manage a team responsible for water deliveries and service activities, ensuring compliance with standards while motivating your staff. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and decision-making skills, able to handle a fast-paced environment, and possess a full driving licence. Working within our busy Operations Team, the role is responsible for the Centre, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met on a daily basis to deliver an effective service to our Customers within the Region.
This role will be based from our Redhill Service Centre, working Monday to Friday, days only. 40 hours a week between 7am - 5pm.
