A leading water delivery service provider is seeking a motivated Water Delivery Technician in Wolverhampton. In this role, you will provide excellent service by delivering water containers, installing and sanitizing water coolers, and ensuring smooth operations at our Service Centre. Overview

We\'re excited to welcome a motivated Water Delivery Technician to join our team at Culligan in our Service Centre in Wolverhampton.

In this role, you\'ll have the opportunity to make a real difference by providing excellent service to our valued customers whilst ensuring our bottles are delivered on time, bottled water coolers are installed & sanitized correctly and collecting equipment & bottles from customer sites.

Hours of Work: Monday-Friday 7:00am-5:00pm

Responsibilities

• Complete daily vehicle checks.
• Multi drop of (20kg) water containers at a variety of customer locations.
• Sanitize and exchange Bottles Water Coolers.
• Engage with customers to grasp their needs whilst delivering outstanding customer service.
• Play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of our Service Centre.
• Documenting all sanitization & delivery activities via handheld device.

Qualifications

• Full and valid driving license with a maximum of 6 points (none of which are for dangerous or careless driving).
• Minimum of 2 years\' driving experience.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Ability to follow timed delivery schedules.
