Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager in UK construction projects.
• Strong experience managing subcontractors and multiple work packages.
• Valid CSCS card and knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation.
• Typically 8–10 years' relevant construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction activities ensuring project alignment.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
• Monitor progress against the project programme and manage quality.
• Facilitate coordination between subcontractors and all project parties.
• Ensure completion and handover activities are planned and executed.
