A leading UK IT distributor is seeking a commercially driven Key Account Manager to grow and develop strategic partnerships within the IT reseller channel, while reactivating and expanding dormant accounts.
You will be responsible for maximising revenue and margin across a portfolio of reseller accounts (MSPs, VARs, IT e‑tailers), driving 'share of wallet' growth through proactive account management, upselling and cross‑selling a broad hardware and services portfolio.
This is a relationship‑led but commercially focused role requiring strong forecasting discipline, CRM accuracy, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
