Job description

We are seeking applicants that can meet the full Job Description attached. The successful candidates will be joining our growing team in supporting a new adult’s supported living service based in Northampton.

This role focuses on supporting service users in the Wellingborough area, with particular emphasis on clients requiring female support staff who are able to drive and are comfortable around cats and dogs. Support will include attending appointments, promoting emotional and mental well-being, assisting with medication, encouraging health and fitness, providing meal support, and facilitating leisure activities.

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (typically within 8am-10pm and alternate weekends).

Salary: £12.21 per hour.

Mandatory requirements:

• At least one year working in a care setting.
• Experience of working with individuals on the autism spectrum.
• Full Driving License and access to own vehicle.
• Comfortable with pets.
• NVQ Level 2 or above in Social Care.
