Qualifications

• Experience in a game cycle as a Senior or Lead Artist.
• Shipped at least one title as a Senior or Lead Artist.
• Passion for highly detailed 3D assets and texturing for game-ready assets.
• Excellent foundational skills in composition, design, structure, and color theory.
• Organized with good time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate art resources, schedules, and priorities based on project needs.
• Provide artistic and technical direction to artists.
• Create benchmark assets to project style and requirements.
• Review work to meet technical requirements and best practices.
• Mentor 3D Artists at various skill levels.
