As part of our transformation, we’re building a brand-new British Airways Holidays App.
As the Product Lead (App), you’ll lead our newly created App Product team to build and grow our customer-facing App. Reporting into the Head of Digital Experience, you’ll shape our App strategy and deliver a brilliant customer experience aligned with the wider British Airways Holidays vision.
Set the vision, strategy and goals for the App, informed by business priorities, customer research and analytics
Lead a multi-disciplinary product team (QA Engineer, Business Analyst, plus contract engineering & design roles)
Own the product roadmap, ensuring decisions are driven by customer insights, data and effective tech use
Be accountable for delivery, working closely with central Tech and coaching the team to build iteratively using agile methodologies
Ensure a high‑quality customer experience across the App
Collaborate with key stakeholders across BA Holidays, IAGL and OpCos — communicating transparently and effectively
Drive the strategy for BA Holidays within the BA App, influencing BA stakeholders to deliver against this
Oversee the App budget, ensuring investment is effective and on track
Experience as a product and people leader, with a track record of leading agile teams to deliver results
Excellent communication skills, able to build trust and influence across teams and partners
A strategic mindset and a passion for creating brilliant customer experiences
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify and maximise commercial opportunities
Experience managing an App product and understanding its role within the broader strategy
Comfort working in a transforming environment — agile mindset and adaptability are essential
Experience managing multi‑million‑pound budgets
You’ll shape new products, processes and ways of working from scratch — all within a household‑recognised brand reinventing itself for the future.

Our office is in central Crawley with hybrid working (UK only). Most colleagues work onsite twice a week, with flexibility depending on meetings and collaboration needs. We typically support new colleagues with more frequent office time for the first few weeks.
