Qualifications

• Demonstrable working experience in Manufacturing quality, preferably food production.
• Extensive knowledge of BRC auditing and hygiene standards required.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable information.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Assurance and Food Safety function at the Haddenham Plant.
• Manage the Performance and Development of the Site Quality Team.
• Implement initiatives to continuously improve Quality and Food Safety.
