A local council in Leeds is seeking a motivated Recreation Assistant - Pool to ensure safety and facilitate enjoyable experiences in a gym environment. The successful candidate will provide lifeguard services, engage with customers, and assist in the delivery of leisure programs. Qualifications must include the National Pool Lifeguard Certification, along with communication and teamwork skills. This role is a full-time, permanent position with competitive compensation and various benefits.

You will be responsible for the smooth running of the gym environment. Key aspects of the post involve developing programmes for customers, using a variety of technology to influence the member journey as well as ensuring a high level of customer care is achieved.
