Job summary

A leading British lifestyle brand is seeking a candidate to oversee garment production, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards. The role involves collaborating with designers and suppliers, managing fabric selections, and maintaining supplier relationships. Strong technical skills in garment construction and excellent communication capabilities are essential. The ideal candidate will champion sustainability and inclusivity within the workplace, reflecting the brand's commitment to ethical practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical expertise of garment construction, pattern making, and fabrics across all RTW categories is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly regarding the fit and finish of garments.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with designers to create accurate technical specifications.
  • Select fabrics and trims aligned with creative direction and sustainability goals.
  • Ensure fit/pre-production sign off according to deadlines.
  • Maintain supplier relationships and oversee production quality.

Experience with CAD or pattern-making software
