The Senior Associate Trading Manager operates within the Trading team, part of the Subscriptions Growth directorate. The Trading team leads all in-month performance reporting, delivering weekly updates with outlook projections and clear, coherent narratives on the factors influencing PlayStation Plus growth. The team’s primary objective is to keep the wider Services organisation and senior leadership informed of performance trends, enabling dynamic, data-driven decision making to achieve growth and revenue targets.
This role presents a fantastic opportunity to gain a detailed understanding of PlayStation Plus performance and the wider PlayStation business. The successful candidate will support the wider Trading team, with a specific remit for ad-hoc analysis and deep-dive summaries on key topics. Ultimately, the purpose of this role is to strengthen the business’ understanding of the key drivers influencing PS Plus performance, uncovering trends and opportunities to help guide commercial strategy.
The role requires close collaboration across the PlayStation Plus business, working with commercial colleagues, planning and insights teams, and content and engagement stakeholders.
