# Digital Contract Manager(UK Visa Sponsorship)### Job Description## About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and proactive Digital Contract Manager to join our Digital Business Management team within the Digital Transformation division. This is a hands-on role where you will manage a portfolio of around 150 digital contracts, with plans to consolidate them over the coming year to ensure maximum value for the Trust.You will act as the key point of contact for suppliers, holding regular review meetings, and engaging with IAOs, system managers, technical leads, clinical teams, and administrative staff to ensure contracts consistently meet KPIs and SLAs. Your work will directly support the Digitising Health Records programme, enhancing patient safety, improving staff workflows, and driving a modern, paper-light service.This role requires someone who is adaptable, confident, and collaborative, capable of working across competing priorities while maintaining a calm and professional approach.### Key Responsibilities* Manage digital contracts across multiple systems, ensuring delivery against KPIs and SLAs* Conduct regular supplier review meetings to monitor performance and compliance* Engage with clinical teams, digital colleagues, and Supplier Deployment Teams to implement sustainable digital solutions* Support initiatives that improve patient safety, service quality, and staff experience* Assist with streamlining workflows and embedding efficient, paper-light processes* Review and contribute to the drafting of contracts, negotiate contract terms, and advise on income/expenditure optimization* Maintain a proactive approach to digital procurement, including assessing potential contracts and advising on best value### About Doncaster & Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS FTDBTH is one of Yorkshire’s leading acute trusts, serving a population of over 440,000.
