A leading catering company in the United Kingdom seeks a passionate Service Leader to drive excellence in customer service and team management. Previous experience in catering or team leadership is advantageous, and strong communication skills are essential for success in this position.
As a Service Leader in our catering department you will be responsible for leading shifts to ensure the team is delivering the best service to our customers and ensuring brand standards are always in place. In this hands-on customer facing role, you’ll be competent to manage a high-volume environment with an positive, can do approach, you will be passionate about our offer, champion our home made products and you will ensure through your knowledgeable colleagues that our customers receive the unique and delightful experience that we are known for.
We are looking for Service Leaders who have the ability to lead and motivate a team on a daily basis in a fast moving environment. Great communication skills and a can do attitude are essential as well as high standards of excellence within delivery of quality food, customer service and cleanliness. Experience of leading a team in a fast paced, high volume catering environment would be an advantage although we'd also be interested to hear from those with experience in catering looking to take a step up to a Service Leader position.
