Duration: Full Time, 40 hours contract based in HQ

We partner with artisans and suppliers mainly in Kenya and India to create contemporary, sustainably sourced clothing collections for men and women using natural, organic materials. We operate a multi‑channel retailer with online, wholesale, marketplace and retail shop presence in the UK and Barbados, focusing on ethically sourced beachwear, clothing and accessories.

Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer who lives and breathes creative design, to work within our in‑house graphics team. Demonstrable experience with Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator is essential; video editing, photography and copywriting skills are desirable. The ideal candidate will be a tech‑savvy, image‑focused individual who can assist with product uploads, transfer content from shoots onto Product Detail Pages (PDPs) for e‑commerce and edit footage using CapCut. All candidates must have a keen eye for AI and be confident trialling new programs to accelerate workflow.

At least one full year of experience in a fast‑paced, in‑house graphics team—ideally a start‑up or small brand—is preferred. Retail experience and an understanding of local store requirements would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Video editing for PDP.
• Creating high‑quality print assets, including shop POS, lookbooks, product images, swing tags and promotional assets.
• Designing and producing the Aspiga Loves bi‑monthly lifestyle magazine.
• Retouching, resizing and colour‑matching product images for use across brand channels.
• Shooting still‑life photography of seasonal products as required.
• Liaising with printers to ensure assets are delivered on time and on budget.
• Supporting model‑casting photography.
• Liaising with retail teams to ensure seasonal store assets are delivered on time and on schedule.
• Coordinating daily workload with the Graphics Manager.
