Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of the new build market and off-plan sales experience.
  • Previous property sales experience, ideally within an on-site sales team.
  • Sales experience gained in Canary Wharf is preferable.

Are you passionate about property sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences? Ballymore is seeking a New Homes Sales Consultant to join our team and play a key role in selling homes across a new landmark development.

About the role

As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of Ballymore for prospective buyers, guiding them through every step of the sales journey. From initial enquiry to completion, you’ll ensure a seamless, professional, and customer-focused experience.

Key responsibilities
  • Comply with all relevant legislation affecting residential sales operations.
  • Achieve individual and team sales performance targets.
  • Register enquiries, arrange appointments, and conduct viewings.
  • Follow a structured sales journey and qualifying process.
  • Negotiate offers and liaise with management for approvals.
  • Handle telephone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Assist with maintaining the marketing suite and show apartments.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of the development to confidently communicate and sell to potential buyers.
  • Support sales progression and ensure smooth handovers.
Skills & Experience
  • Strong understanding of the new build market and off-plan sales experience
  • Previous property sales experience, ideally within an on-site sales team.
  • Sales experience gained in Canary Wharf is preferable
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Highly organised and able to work under pressure.
