We’re looking for a results-driven Workshop Controller to lead our high-performing team at our Mercedes‑Benz dealership in York, North Yorkshire. If you’re ready to boost your aftersales career with ongoing training, career progression, and a culture of excellence, this is your chance!

• Lead and motivate technicians to deliver top-quality work and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a Workshop Controller or Assistant Manager in a main‑dealer environment and strong technical knowledge and ability to manage a busy workshop
• Full UK driving licence (free from excessive penalties)
• Strong diagnostic and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent communication to explain technical issues clearly
• Customer‑first attitude
