Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in site supervision within telecoms, fibre, or civil engineering.
• 5+ years hands-on field experience in fibre network builds with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of fibre build practices like FTTx, civils, cabling, testing.

Responsibilities

• Promote Health & Safety culture across sites.
• Supervise civil and fibre works: trenching, ducting, cable blowing.
• Track site progress, report KPIs, and escalate issues.
