We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team based out of our Swindon depot. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a comprehensive understanding of the Fibre Telecommunications industry. This is a key role within the business, reporting directly to the leadership team and playing a crucial part in ensuring the successful day-to-day delivery of our fibre operations. You will oversee fibre delivery teams, ensuring works are completed on time, to a high standard, and with safety at the forefront of everything we do. You will act as a vital link between field teams, clients, and senior management, helping to drive performance and quality across operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support fibre installation teams on a daily basis
• Carry out compliance, quality, and health & safety audits
• Allocate jobs and manage workloads to meet delivery targets
• Complete administrative tasks including reporting and documentation
• Liaise with clients to ensure KPIs, SLAs, and project targets are achieved
• Identify and resolve operational issues efficiently
• Promote and maintain a strong safety-first and quality-driven culture
