This role involves engaging with CIOs and application owners to provide technical support and issue resolution. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Alation and DQ Store, along with excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. Qualifications

• Knowledge of/experience with the 3 technologies (Alation, DQ Store, Open Lineage).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Capable of handling escalations with difficult stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with CIOs and application owners, providing technical support.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve them effectively.
• Engage stakeholders and track/report progress.
