A respected car rental company in Armadale is seeking an organized and enthusiastic Rental Customer Advisor. You will be responsible for providing high levels of customer service, handling queries and complaints, and ensuring efficient operations in a team environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong administrative and communication skills, be flexible with shifts, and hold a full UK driving licence. This role offers a full-time schedule with various employee benefits.
We’re looking for an organised and enthusiastic Rental Customer Advisor for our Armadale Car & Van Rental branch.
Full time: 45 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 and alternate weekends
As part of a busy Arnold Clark Car & Van Rental team, you’ll work with management and other staff members to deliver the excellent service levels our customers expect from us.
