Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist with cleaning outdoor areas and carry out minor repairs.
  • Support the team in meeting compliance standards.
  • Conduct visual checks and tests on life safety equipment.
  • Escort maintenance engineers on-site and assist with planned maintenance.
  • Help manage tools and conduct regular inventory checks.
  • Keep plant rooms clean and assist with waste management.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively.
