As Senior Pastry Chef de Partie, you will take ownership of your pastry section, ensuring the delivery of high-quality desserts, baked goods, and sweet creations that delight our guests.
You have proven experience in a professional pastry kitchen, ideally within a luxury hotel or fine dining environment. You’re confident managing a pastry section independently, with a strong eye for detail and a passion for patisserie. A collaborative team player, you thrive under pressure and take pride in delivering exceptional pastry creations.
