Job summary

A consulting and digital services provider is seeking an experienced professional to own the Learning Services Operating Model. Key responsibilities include designing scalable learning operating models and contributing to forums representing Learning Services. Candidates should have 5–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a strong background in enterprise LMS systems such as Oracle Fusion. The role requires excellent stakeholder management skills and knowledge of AI-driven learning technologies.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of leadership experience in Learning & Development.
  • Experience designing within Oracle Fusion Learn or other enterprise LMS.
  • Background in Learning Experience and digital learning ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full end-to-end Learning Services Operating Model.
  • Actively contribute to the EndUser Forum representing Learning Services.
  • Design user-centered L&D processes leveraging AI-driven technologies.
