The ROLE OF DEPUTY STORE MANAGER

Role Overview

As DEPUTY STORE MANAGER within Mamas & Papas, you will assist the Store Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the store, enhance store experience and achieve store KPIs. You will also manage a team of supervisors and sales assistants, motivating, inspiring and developing this incredible team and leading by example.

Required Experience

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager or Team Leader who has a proven record of inspiring retail teams, leading by example and who would genuinely love creating magical moments for our customers and their families.
