Overview

The Role: Trainee Sales Executive

Salary: £12.25 per hour + monthly bonus

Location: Glasgow

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours, 5 days out of 7 on a rota - weekend working will be required

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face that welcomes customers to our store
• Support the vehicle collection process, ensuring all paperwork and procedures are completed accurately
• Proactively resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth, professional experience
• Contact customers to arrange or amend collection dates
• Spot opportunities to upsell products and services
• Complete the training programme covering product knowledge and sales techniques; this will typically run for twelve months, with learning modules completed at your own speed. The length of the program will be dictated by your progress and ability
• Once you have successfully passed all training requirements you will progress to a Sales Executive position

Qualifications

• A full UK driving licence (to drive both manual & automatic vehicles)
• Experience in a customer service role would be highly beneficial
