The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in a quality restaurant bar environment and a passion for food and beverages. • Have a minimum of 6 months experience in a comparable, quality-led, restaurant bar environment

• Knowledge of stock control & procedures
• Have conversational level spoken English
