A leading training company in Coventry is looking for a Brand Specialist to enhance customer experience across digital platforms. The candidate will be involved in guiding customers through their purchase journey and maintaining accurate communication records. This role requires strong communication skills, ability to work autonomously, and a focus on customer satisfaction. As a Brand Specialist, you will be the online representative and primary point of contact for our brands. You will deliver an outstanding customer experience on our digital platform, supporting the Group’s digital sales aspirations. Working directly with customers, you will guide and assist customers in completing their purchase journey, either online or offline with a retailer.
In this role, you will provide a seamless and professional experience for all prospects and customers, from initial contact to order fulfilment. Communication will involve live chat, telephony, WhatsApp, and email, so a confident and professional approach to customer support is essential.

You will work 5 days a week on a 7-day rolling rota, which will include weekend work.
Hybrid role, working from home and the Stellantis Head Office in Coventry, at least 3 days per week.
Calex will undertake the relevant/standard employment checks with all successful candidate. This includes contacting all nominated references, as well as checking candidate ID, driving licence (if appropriate) and right to work in the UK. Some roles may also be subject to further pre-employment checks (confirmation will be provided through the recruitment process). The nature of this role may necessitate that we undertake a DBS check.
