Are you passionate about driving meaningful change and improving outcomes for people who rely on Adult Social Care? Do you thrive in dynamic environments where innovation, collaboration and problem-solving are at the heart of the work? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

Middlesbrough Council is seeking an exceptional Business Change Lead to play a pivotal role in transforming Adult Social Care and Health Integration services. This is a unique opportunity to join a dedicated and ambitious directorate that is progressing an exciting and far-reaching improvement journey.

In this influential position, you will lead and coordinate a wide range of strategic change programmes designed to improve the quality, effectiveness and sustainability of Adult Social Care. • Is confident analysing data and evidence to inform decision-making and demonstrate impact.
  • Builds excellent relationships and thrives on collaboration.
  • Is motivated by making services better for residents, families and communities.
