Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of Financial Support/Collections experience preferable.
  • Previous cards experience desirable.
  • Previous experience of working to target desirable.
  • Previous experience of working in a customer-facing role essential.

Responsibilities

  • Undertake customer queries via telephony, email, and live chat.
  • Ensure process and policy adherence, highlighting enhancement areas.
  • Support customers ensuring compliance with quality assurance scorecard.
  • Identify opportunities for product improvement to better serve customers.
  • Meeting defined performance targets for good customer outcomes.
