Job summary

A leading health and social care charity is seeking a passionate Community Engagement & Development Worker to improve sexual health outcomes for Black, Asian and Ethnic Minority communities. You will develop community initiatives, raise awareness of health issues, and ensure access to services. The ideal candidate will have experience with marginalized communities and strong interpersonal skills. This role offers flexible working and a fixed term contract until 30 June 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience working with marginalized communities in a health-related field.
• Knowledge of Black, Asian, and Ethnic Minority community issues regarding sexual health access.
• Strong interpersonal and digital skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver community engagement initiatives.
• Raise awareness of sexual and reproductive health issues.
• Ensure access to HIV testing and prevention tools.
