Responsibilities

• Manage customer caseload to help them into sustainable employment.
• Provide one-to-one information, advice, and guidance to job seekers.
• Develop job search materials tailored to individual needs.

Skills

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Full Driving licence with access to a car with Business Insurance

Ability to manage time effectively and plan your own workload

Ability to work under pressure

Ability to reflect on performance to support quality improvement

Understanding of barriers to learning and employment

Education

Full NVQ Level 2 in customer service, business administration, accounting, or IT

GCSE in English Language and Mathematics

Level 2 IT Qualification, such as ECDL
