Qualifications

• Approximately 3–6 years of experience in a financial analysis role such as Investment Banking M&A/LF, Private Equity, or Private Debt.
• Experience with or a strong interest in Emerging Markets.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex information with clarity.
• A genuine commitment to social equity and supporting underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the Investment Committee, supporting their decision-making by preparing materials.
• Collaborate with the Lead on sourcing and financial assessment of new opportunities.
• Research and identify opportunities across diverse sectors.
• Act as a trusted partner to investees and co-investors, managing relationships.
• Support the monitoring process to ensure measurable difference from deployed capital.
