Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Field Service Engineer, with duties primarily based in the London Area, United Kingdom, but providing flexibility for some remote work. The role includes performing field service activities such as troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of equipment, providing technical support to clients, and delivering excellent customer service. The engineer will also be responsible for ensuring that all work complies with industry regulations and company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance to ensure the proper functioning and longevity of equipment.
• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose and resolve equipment-related issues effectively.
• Strong Customer Service skills to build positive client relationships and address inquiries or concerns promptly.
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary, regulated environment with strict compliance to standards such as cGDP & cGMP.
• Technical education or equivalent work experience in engineering, electronics, or related fields is advantageous.
