An established residential care provider in Newark on Trent is seeking a dedicated Night Social Care Worker. The role involves assisting clients with personal care, administering medication, and participating in daily activities. Ideal candidates will be patient, reliable, and flexible. Training is provided, and a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care is required. This position offers competitive pay and benefits, including holiday entitlement, life insurance, and a Christmas bonus.

This service is provided by Witham Valley Care, our sister company in Lincoln. This six-bed residential property supports young adults with severe learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, challenging behaviour and other complex needs. The home was extensively refurbished in 2013 and now provides six en-suite bedrooms, five on the first floor and one on the ground floor. The ground floor also comprises a breakfast kitchen, dining room, games room and lounge.
